That’s the downstairs, rental-to-be kitchen. Rick finished the tile, yesterday. What’s left: Pulls are ordered and the faucet is in a box. We haven’t found stools we both agree on, yet.
The unsigned tiles are not sealed. The idea is to have the tenants sign them. The wall will fill up over time.
