The Laird got me the Tasting History cookbook for Christmas. I haven’t watched every episode of Tasting History, but I enjoy it and I have made Pumpion Pie. I loved the movie Julie & Julia. The Anti-Chef’s Jamie and Julie series/subset is outstanding.
I thought to myself, I thought, why not go through Tasting History in a similar manner?
Because Max is still alive and trying to make a living from this, I’m going to respect his intellectual property and not reprint the recipes. However, that makes it rather difficult to say much, so I’m compromising. I’ll refrain from quantities, while disclosing ingredients.
