They’re back! (They never went away.) Today there was a family of six crossing the somewhat busy street in front my house. The cars all waited patiently for them to cross. Rapid City drivers are very considerate of pedestrians – and sleeping neighbors since honking at them at 0630 would have been very rude to the people in the area.
