I was just in a call, with video, and one of the participants had a snow covered yard in the background. I thought he could use some spring cheer, so I ran outside and took the picture above.
I also needed some spring cheer. It’s been gloomy and snaining for the past week.
The picture is too small to tell, but there are lots of strawberry blossoms and the raspberries are budding. The blue berry bush that survived (one of three) is, well, alive, but not terribly happy. In the far back, there are two rows of peas up, only about an inch high so far. Off the left edge is a currant bush. I think it’s budding, but I’m not entirely sure. I haven’t seen one since I was six, so my memory is a bit hazy.
