That is much better! I need to work on sealing – and getting them all the same size and shape. I needed at least seven; that’s just how the cutting worked out.
Same dough recipe, but not halved. No extra water. No extra turns, but I did double-turn it by folding it into thirds-then-thirds-the-other-way squares, not rectangles. Some pull-back on the final roll-out, but very little. The oven thermometer did not arrive, yet, so 405 degrees by setting, but no idea what that really is.
I don’t recommend vanilla with blueberries. It’s not bad, but it’s weird.
